The Perfect 35 (P35) Instant Water Heater is a compact and efficient point-of-use water heating solution designed for installation under sinks and in locations where space is limited. Rated at 3.5kW, the Perfect 35 is currently one of the smallest instant water heaters available on the UK market, making it ideal for wash basins, small sinks, cupboards and compact installations.

Manufactured in Europe to the highest standards, this award-winning instant water heater is CE approved and designed for reliability, safety and energy efficiency. The unit uses simple but effective electronic controls to regulate water flow and temperature, ensuring consistent performance while prolonging the working life of the heater.

As a non-vented water heater, the Perfect 35 does not require special taps or expansion kits and can be used with standard pressure taps fitted with spray nozzles. If a spray nozzle is not fitted, the heater is supplied with a spray adaptor that fits most standard tap fittings. Optional standard or push-fit flexi hoses are also available to purchase separately (stock dependent) to simplify installation.
